Made in USA

There’s an interesting bit of trivia from postwar Japan in the 1950s, when their nation was in the process of industrializing and rebuilding their economy. They actually named one of their industrial cities Usa. Why? So they could honestly label products manufactured there "MADE IN USA." Such was America’s reputation for quality products in those days.

Suggested applications:

  • What is it that you are known for? Are you known for the quality of your life?
  • What is our church known for? What do we want it to be known for?
  • Sometimes people take credit for accomplishments that are not their own. God deserves the credit for the good things in our life.
